Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICIES: Appointments can only be booked up to 90 days in advance All services are to be paid for in advance to secure your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that circumstances may require class cancellations. However, to maintain fairness, we enforce a 24 hours cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required to cancel any booking type, or else you will be charged for the session at the full price. If you have paid for a block, then one of your block credits will be used. The same applies for no-shows. To make a cancellation you can text, whatsapp, email or call. Please be aware that you hold a re-occurring weekly slot (unless another arrangement has been arranged) and by requesting this space in my diary, you agree to kindly adhere to this agreement and attend these sessions where possible.
