RESERVATION POLICIES:

All services are to be paid for in advance to secure your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that circumstances may require class cancellations. However, to maintain fairness, we enforce a 24 hours cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required to cancel any booking type, or else you will be charged for the session at the full price. If you have paid for a block, then one of your block credits will be used. The same applies for no-shows. To make a cancellation you can text, please whatsapp, email or call.

Please be aware that you hold a re-occurring weekly slot (unless another arrangement has been arranged) and by requesting this space in my diary, you agree to kindly adhere to this agreement and attend these sessions where possible.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is essential that you keep me up to date with any medical concerns that may affect your ability to exercise and by booking an appointment, you agree to keep me up to date with such concerns.

 

RATES:
The rates of our classes and packages are displayed on our website & our App. Prices may increase periodically In the event of a price increase, we will endeavour to provide notice as much as practically possible.
