We are a friendly, bespoke Pilates studio where you will receive individual attention and tailored Pilates classes. Our primary aim is to provide you with an personalised Pilates programme and we offer the following sessions:
Equipment sessions & Mat classes
- Beginner, intermediate and advanced level sessions
- One to One Rehabilitation sessions for joint, ligment & muscle injuries
- Sports Conditioning for any specific requirements
